Returns

 We understand if you change your mind or the item you have purchased does not suit you.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt or packing slip.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to their nature such as hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases and some health and personal care items. Such items will be shown as non-returnable in the product description.

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted if the following are applicable:-

Books with obvious signs of use

Jigsaw puzzles that have been opened

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a notified refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we have a replacement item in stock. As most or our items are unique we will be unable to offer exchanges so in the circumstances of an item being defective or damaged a refund will be issued subject to terms of the refund policy.

If there is a problem with the quality as described in the product details of one of our items we’d like to help you to resolve the problem quickly so please contact us at admin@jdfizzoodles.com with the order number of your defective or damaged item so that we can help you.
